I should add that i have combination oily skin, I get the occasional breakout usually around the time of month and also if a product doesn't agree with me, and this is mainly in the T zone area. Hope you enjoy!

Clarisonic
- I have the classic bigger model, which also has a head for the body (which i rarely use) I'd say it lives up to the hype, it pretty much does what it says on the tin, and works great for my combination/oily skin that is prone to congestion. There's a million and one reviews on this item
so I doubt I need to say anymore.
Aveeno SPF creams
- SPF is a must, no matter what your skin colour but obviously the fairer the higher the protection factor. This stuff is oil free (a must for me) and has vitamins in abundance, can't ask for more than from a single tube surely! It doesn't leave a white shiny caste which is mega plus, comes in a high SPF factor and is priced well.
St Ives Green Tea Face scrub
- I've always been an apricot scrub kinda gal until they introduced this number and now im a total convert. Gentler on the skin, smaller scrubbing beads, washes clean off with out any residue. Perfect for warmer months in between the Clarisonic use for milder exfoliation.
Burts bees lip balm
- Natural ingredients, moisturising and a nice array of flavours and colours.
Biore Nose strips
- Ive tried a number of different brands, and nothing seems to work as well as these. Make sure to use after warm shower or warm facial when all the pores are nice and open for best results.
Benzoyl peroxide 5% ointment
- Salicylic acid products don't do much for my skin, I respond much better with BP. 5% ointment is strong enough to work without leaving me red faced like the 10% cream once did. Use as a targeted cream on acne. Can leave skin hypersensitive, and may cause pigment issues if you are sensitive. I usually use overnight and am sure to use an SPF cream in the mornings.
Hydraluron serum
- This is a skin serum containing hyaluronic acid, a much raved about product that helps with moisturising the skin and improving Vit C penetration, thought to be involved with reversal of skin aging. Ive used a few different brands, and although this isn't my favourite it works well for the price. I prefer the Skinceuticals hydrating B5 gel but the price is a little painful
Proactive refining mask
- Great mask for acne prone skin, not too drying or harsh. I've been using this for a number of years and of all the proactive products this is my favourite.
Argan oil
- The trendy product for face and hair at the moment, works well to bring back moisture and balance. I first started using oil for my skin as a teen and its worked well since. I try to buy
products containing 100% argan oil, its best value for money and avoids additional unnecessary chemicals.
I am currently trying out a few new face products, some high end some high street/drug store products. I will be sure to do reviews once I've tried them out for a month or so. If theres anything anyone else if trying that they love or would advise I avoid, I would love to hear from you......
