Foundations and face powder:
I stopped using foundations a while back because most just didn't work well with my skin, either breaking me out or just feeling too heavy. Instead I stick to tinted moisturisers or even simply face powder and concealer on a good skin day.
At the moment I'm loving quite a surprising product, I picked this up by total chance in Boots in the UK, although its supposed to be a foundation it works pretty much as a tinted moisturiser with little coverage, but works well to even out the skin without causing break outs. (I have tried other products in the range but wasn't particularly wowed by them).
The Rimmel Stay matte face powder is translucent so helps with shine control without feeling cakey.

Current favourite concealers:
The Chantecaille concealer is a splurge buy, it works well with blemishes and blends well. I wouldn't use this for under the eye as it has a thick heavy consistency.
The Collection lasting perfection concealer is a much raved about product, something which I will definitely be stocking up on when Im next in the UK. It conceals as well as brightens the under eye area. Minimal creasing and very cheap..need I say more.
The Origins Plantscriptions is another concealer i think works well under the eye, its easy to blend and has good coverage.

Blushes:
I rotate between either of these at the moment depending on whether i want powder or a cream blush. I prefer rosey hues on my skin tone and switch to peach tones as I tan during the summer months.

Eye brow products:
Im loving this longlasting brow pen by Gosh, i find it easier to use then powders and it gives a more realistic look in my opinion. If i want a really long lasting brow i seal it with the Speed Brow from Benefit.

Liner and shadows:
This liner from 17 is very cheap and cheerful it has a very fine nib so its really easy to get that perfect lione. Ive tried everything from pencil to gel liners and ive found this works the best for me.
The shadows im currently obsessing over are these from H&M surprisingly, they're metallic almost gel like consistency and have a pretty good lasting power. I generally just use these over the entire lid.
I also love this eye line in Oyster glow from Pixi, it works well on the water line for a subtle 'wake me up' look and also brightens the eye when used in the inner corner.

Mascaras:
These both work well to give volume and length I do find the Falsies volume express tends to get quite clumpy after not too long, the only down fall.
If i want to put a little more effort i use the Clinique lower lash mascara too. This doesnt smudge along the lash line and helps open up the eyes.

Lip products:
I love using lip balms and lip stains I find they last longer and feel moisturising. I have a whole array of lip products im loving at the moment, mainly in nude and pinkish hues.
Hope you enjoyed the array of products im loving, id love to hear of any that anyone can recommend for the warmer weather!
